Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand some challenges that arise with online purchases as we work hard to earn your trust. We will only EXCHANGE items deemed DAMAGED or FAULTY up to 7 days from the date your item was received. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. International orders are not eligible for returns.

Shipping

Please allow 3 – 15 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. Please note that the processing of your order(s) is dependent on the popularity/ demand of the item(s). Some items take no more than 3 days to ship out, in other cases, it may take a little bit longer. However, please be guaranteed that we work hard to ensure that every order is shipped out within the specified processing and production time. Please note we do not ship on the weekends or US federal holidays.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
